Lateness is my Forte :(

Mrs. Baird I greatly apologize for not submittting a final draft - would you be so kind as to allow my post tomorrow morning of my final draft?
I was taken to the emergency room yesterday due to complications of my pneaumonia (I'm recovering and doing well now), and I didn't check the blog when the deadline was posted :(

I'm a little behind since I only just learned all the tricks of photo shop...so i have a cover that I like, but I feel like it needs a bit more....any have suggestions??

I would like to see one two page spread of one of your SGA class projects or field trip projects posted here by Dec 9th. It looks like we do have class on the 16th. At that point we should have lots of headshots in and be able to start entering those into the yearbook during class time.

Who was the one that was going to be editing in terms of grammar and spelling? I couldn't remember? If it is you let me know. I would like you to be paying close attention to the pages posted here.

Remember from class yesterday all photos to be sized to 300dpi when sizes uncheck and check the resample image box so that your image falls into the right dimension based on the size file. If those dimensions end up really really small like 1 inch by2 you will know it is most likely a low res image and not suitable for the book. Please please please pay attention to this.

Also be checking for blown highlights. Do not include images that are missing information.

Final Drafts

Final drafts will be due the next Wed we meet...which I believe is Nov 18th. If you would like more critique on your design please narrow it down to one style and post it here on the blog. I think it would be good to pick one to stick with at this point and take it as far as you can go. Remember to keep texts and such within the margins needed. I will post the guide dimensions link again here.
